Frequently Asked Questions
There actually are no frequently asked questions, but we have an assortment of questions below that we assume you might want to have answered.
- Q: Are these legit?
- A: We inspect the products when we get them. If there is any evidence of a clearly unofficial copy, we will not list it on this site. However, since we are not living archives of every dvd package ever made, we do offer a complete refund for anything that is found to be "questionable." We appreciate your help in this endeavor as well. If you happen to receive something we can use to bust some bad guys, we'll refund you AND donate the cost of the item to charity. Feel free to examine our Return Policy page.
- Q: What are your shipping rates?
- A: Depends on the product. Most dvd sets are about $5. Single case DVD sets are $3. Huge box sets can be about $10. Generally, the shipping rates are listed on the product's page and in the shopping cart before you check out. We tend to ballpark the rates and simply absorb the difference. Nothing angers the ninja like someone selling a dvd for 99 cents and charging $20 for shipping. We don't fall for that scam, we refuse to participate in that scam. Our concept is that we charge what we would find acceptable for shipping.
- Q: Do you ship over the mighty ocean?
- A: Yeah, sure. If you're willing to pay an extra few dollars for shipping.
- Q: Can I sell my dvd's on your site?
- A: Maybe in the future. That's a serious project for programming. If enough people express an interest in this, we may consider it. Plus, the legalities expand like the ninja's anger.
- Q: Are ninjas awesome?
- A: Yes.
